Join us for an interactive Group Life Coaching Session with Linda Stephens-Jones, a Professional Certified Coach and Amazon Best Selling author whose mission is to encourage, empower and inspire women to live to their true potential. After the coaching session, Jelyse Dawson will lead a mindful stretching session to promote self-care.
