Increase flexibility and build strength with chair yoga and resistance band exercises. This is a great class for those who sit at a desk or require a low impact workout. Exercises are modified for all fitness levels. Disclaimer: Many have questions about yoga and that's okay! Our classes focus on the physical and mental health benefits of it. Yoga comes from Eastern cultures, but this class does not include Eastern spirituality. Please download Zoom app (www.zoom.us) on your phone, tablet, or computer before class. Zoom is free to download. The teacher will greet you upon arrival to ensure you are connected. WAIVER: By signing up for this class, you understand that this is an exercise class. You should consult a physician prior to beginning any exercise activity. If you feel any pain or discomfort during the class, you will listen to your body and inform the teacher immediately.
