Service Description

Being a college student during COVID-19 can be stressful. Join students from around the country to learn mental and physical health strategies to keep you sane. Topics Include: Ease anxiety with breathing techniques Manage stress Meditation for Stress Fit Strategies for Anxiety Strategies for Stress Strategies for Depression Imposter Syndrome Participants will receive ZOOM link before class starts. Recording will be sent to those who are absent from class. WAIVER: By signing up for this class, you understand that this is an exercise class. You should consult a physician prior to beginning any exercise activity. If you feel any pain or discomfort during the class, you will listen to your body and inform the teacher immediately. It is your responsibility to notify Fusion Fitness by Jelyse, LLC of pregnancy, medical condition, or injury before each class. You agree to release and waive any claims against Fusion Fitness by Jelyse, LLC.

If you cannot attend class, please cancel within 1 hour of start time to redeem for another session.
