Build body-mind-emotional awareness through breathing exercises and poses to ease stress and anxiety. Taught by a Certified Trauma Expert and Yoga Instructor, this class will help you slow down and tune inward. Exercises are modified for all fitness levels. PREPARING FOR CLASS: After you register for class, you will receive ZOOM link and materials needed for class. Please download Zoom app (www.zoom.us) on your phone, tablet, or computer before class. Zoom is free to download. The teacher will greet you upon arrival to ensure you are connected. WAIVER: By signing up for this class, you understand that this is an exercise class. You should consult a physician prior to beginning any exercise activity. If you feel any pain or discomfort during the class, you will listen to your body and inform the teacher immediately. It is your responsibility to notify Fusion Fitness by Jelyse, LLC of pregnancy, medical condition, or injury before each class. You agree to release and waive any claims against Fusion Fitness by Jelyse, LLC and its instructors.
