Jelyse has over 20 years of fitness experience starting as a student-athlete.
After launching wellness programs for employees, active adults, medical patients, youth, and faith-based communities, she galvanized a talented team of instructors to deliver virtual wellness to underserved populations. Jelyse has lead wellness for companies like Cisco, Fidelity Investments, and IBM. Her favorite classes to teach are yoga, cardio, and chair fitness. Jelyse holds an MBA from NC State University and an undergraduate degree from Grambling State University. Certifications: RYT 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, YogaFit Prenatal and Postnatal, UNC Lineberger Cancer Center Yoga for Cancer, AFAA Group Fitness, ACE Group Fitness, AFAA Practical Pilates, Y.O.G.A. for Youth.
A victim of childhood trauma who overcame multiple emotional-mental injuries, Celina is an evidence-based mindfulness trainer, certified trauma professional, and certified yoga instructor. Celina has more than 10 years of experience mentoring adults and youth in building emotional and mental resilience. Celina holds a doctorate and master’s degree in early childhood development with an emphasis on mental health from Fielding Graduate University in California.

Dr. Deidra is a physical therapist who promotes healthy living through physical activity and exercise. She is skilled in creating individualized exercise programs to improve health, movement, and daily activities. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UNC-Chapel Hill and is Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is certified in dry needling.
I am a dance instructor specializing in various Indian dance forms. My passion for dance started when I was 5 years old and since then I have trained in different dance styles for over 10 years. I am trained in Kathak, an Indian classical form, as well as in regional folk and bollywood styles. I believe dance can bring you a lot of joy and peace and is a great workout as well. I am here to share my love for this fun art form with as many people as I can.
Ron is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and 15 years of experience. Ron enjoys teaching boot camp, kickboxing, cardio, and strength classes. His energy and positivity can be felt whether you're working with him in person or on-screen. He is passionate about mental health and men's health.
